Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an Aramex waybill number. Enter this number on the Aramex tracking page to follow your little crew's delivery.

Yes! We use Aramex to deliver to physical addresses throughout South Africa. Remote, farm and outlying locations may take longer and could attract an additional courier charge. We'll contact you before dispatch if this applies to your address.

Unfortunately, Aramex cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

We normally prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Once Aramex collects your parcel, delivery to main centres generally takes 1–3 business days. Remote and outlying areas may take longer. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Aramex requires someone to sign for the parcel. If delivery is missed, please follow the instructions provided by Aramex or contact us with your order number so we can assist.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong address. We can update it if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once Aramex has collected the parcel, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. We'll gladly help if packing or dispatch has not started. Once the parcel has been handed to Aramex, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We'll investigate promptly and arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund.

Standard Aramex Store-to-Door deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Every child develops differently, so please check the recommended age and safety information shown on the product page or packaging. Adult supervision is always recommended where appropriate.

We want you to be happy with your order. Most unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Please contact us before returning an item. Return delivery costs for a change of mind are the customer’s responsibility. If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

Gift cards, personalised products and opened hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Products specifically marked “Final Sale” are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, while outlying areas may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your little crew’s order is on its way.

Our products are carefully sourced from selected local and international suppliers. The country of manufacture may differ from product to product. We focus on finding practical, fun and durable products that parents and children will love. Contact us if you would like the manufacturing details of a specific product.

Standard nationwide delivery costs R99. Spend more than R499.99 and your delivery is FREE. Your final shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before payment.
